0) Preamble

This website (the “Website”) is operated by Boris Kolodner Financial Services (“BK Financial Services”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, including any forms or appointment booking functionality, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

ARTICLE 1 – General Access Terms

  1. You confirm that you have legal capacity to use the Website. In Quebec, this generally means you are 18 years of age or older.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or booking appointments.
  3. We may refuse, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Website (or parts of it) at any time, without notice, if we believe usage is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Website or others.

ARTICLE 2 – General Information Only (No Personalized Advice)

ARTICLE 4 – Appointments & Contact Forms (Website Form + Amelia)

  1. Contact form: If you submit a message through our Website form, you consent to being contacted by us, primarily by email and/or phone, using the information you provide.
  2. Online booking (Amelia):
    • Appointments are subject to availability and may be confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled if necessary (e.g., scheduling conflicts, missing information, or operational constraints).
    • Our booking system (Amelia) sends email confirmations and/or reminders related to your appointment. By booking, you agree to receive these appointment-related emails.
    • At this time, we do not provide client Google Calendar integration. If internal calendar synchronization is enabled in the future, it would be for Boris Kolodner’s internal scheduling only, not for client calendars.
  3. Fees (if any) applicable to specific services will be communicated separately through a service agreement, invoice, or written confirmation, including any cancellation/rescheduling terms.

ARTICLE 5 – Accuracy, Updates & Corrections

  1. While we take reasonable steps to keep information current, we do not guarantee that the Website content is always accurate, complete, or up to date.
  2. We may modify, update, correct, remove, or replace content at any time without notice.
